LIO Office Building, Anchorage, AK:
Provide electrical design and construction administration services for the remodel and addition to a 6 story office building and underground parking garage. Remodel included replacing the existing electrical service, replacing the telecom service, providing a new power distribution system and branch circuiting, providing new lighting, power, and data devices throughout the building and providing power for all new architectural and mechanical equipment. The project included maintaining power and telecom to an existing cellular antennas mounted on the roof.
